Do not have the green pass? No problem, we have the solution for everyone! This was the beginning of the message displayed on a sign hanging outside a betting shop in the province of Verona. The owner of the place has been fined by the officials of the Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM). On the sign was explained to customers without green pass the way to perform the bets outside the room in bookmakers non AAMS.

Thanks to an electronic panel placed on a table outside, the bet could be booked. At that point, the customer would ring a bell to attract the attention of an operator who would enter the premises to place the bet. By law, however, gambling can only be carried out inside licensed public establishments, not outside.

For this reason the betting shop has been reported to the Adm betting office, to the Police Headquarters and to the Municipality, respectively competent for the gaming, public security and commercial licenses. The owner of the premises was also fined because in his activity was not present the information material against ludopathy, mandatory by law. The sanction was 16,666 euros.
